"We are two cheff owners from İstanbul. After 12 years of working we decided to move in Marmaris and opened our family restaurant. We use totally traditional recipes and want to introduce our food culture. The main dish we make here is Kofte (Meatballs) with the best selected meat and the other ingredients. Kofte has very different types in our country. Ours is "Tekirdağ Köftesi" which is beloved in Turkey and in east European countries like Macedonia, Bosna as well"
